An Introduction

Hello,

1. My name is Paul, and I’m a senior here at CU Boulder as a BA in Music and a BA in Jewish studies, as well as a minor in Business.
2. A “worldview” to me is like a lens that a person sees the world through. We are born without it, but it grows with us and becomes a system through which we see and understand the world. In many ways it is taught to us by our parents, peers, teachers, and society surrounding us, and though we can become critical and self aware of our own lens, and perhaps can alter it, we cannot fully remove it from our perception of the world. “Experience” is something that shapes worldview, while conversely our worldview informs how we digest and process our experiences.
